Refund Policy

HIREPRO REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At HirePro, we understand how much you value every payment, hence we are committed to
making your refund experience as clean and transparent as possible.

WHY DOES HIREPRO COLLECT ONLINE PAYMENTS:

  • HirePro is a Recruitment Automation SaaS platform
  • Some HirePro customers ask HirePro to collect registration fees as part of the process
  • In such cases, HirePro enables Online Payment as a step in the registration process

 

THERE ARE FOUR KEY ONLINE PAYMENT SCENARIOS:

  1. Payment was not deducted from the source, for any technical/non-technical reason
  2. Payment was deducted from the source, but was not captured by the payment gateway
  3. Payment was deducted twice, but was captured once by the payment gateway
  4. Payment was deducted from the source, and successfully captured by the payment gateway

 

REFUND PROCESS FOR EACH ONLINE PAYMENT SCENARIO:

    • Payment was not deducted from the source, for any technical/non-technical reason:
      • Refund is not needed in such cases
      • The user may initiate the payment again in such cases

 

    • Payment was deducted from the source, but not captured by the payment gateway:
      • The refund will be automatically issued by the payment gateway
      • The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days
      • The refund will be issued back to same source that was used to make the payment
      • HirePro reserves the right to examine and verify the payment and refund claim.

 

  • Payment was deducted twice, but was captured once by the payment gateway:
    • The refund for duplicate payment will be automatically issued by the payment gateway
    • The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days
    • The refund will be issued back to same source that was used to make the payment
    • HirePro reserves the right to examine and verify the payment and refund claim.

     

  • Payment was deducted from the source, and captured by the payment gateway:
    • If the fee was declared as non-refundable at the time of registration, then refund will not be issued.
    • If the fee was declared as refundable at the time of registration, then please contact the HirePro customer for whom you registered and made the payment
    • The refund will be issued only if HirePro receives approval from the HirePro customer
      • Upon customer approval, the refund will be manually issued
      • Upon issue of refund, the refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
    • HirePro reserves the right to examine and verify the payment and refund claim.

  • If the refund is not received within 10 working days of issuance, or for any other assistance, please contact ams.helpdesk@hirepro.in with following details:
    • Name of the customer you registered for and made the payment
    • URL of the registration form used to make the payment
    • Email ID used in the registration
    • Phone Number you used in the registration
