How a global consulting leader became an employer of choice for interns in India
When a global consulting firm in India set out to hire its 2025 summer interns for the Talent & Transformation (T&T) business unit, we partnered with them to make the hiring process fearless.
As part of a global network spanning 150 countries and nearly 460,000 professionals, the organisation aimed to strengthen its employer brand among top engineering talent while streamlining internship hiring across select institutions.Â
We designed and delivered a customised, end-to-end hackathon, serving both as a talent discovery funnel and a brand engagement platform.Â
The results:
- 11,728 registrations, exceeding the 10,000 target by 17%
- 4,460 eligible candidates organised into 1,000 teams
- 65 teams shortlisted
- 100% receiving internship offers
- 1,24,564 microsite impressions, significantly boosting employer brand visibility
